I waited 7 years for one bred like this little spit fire. I fell in love with her grandsire Hondo years ago and I knew I would want one by him at some point. Turns out Cut'n Loose Stockdogs is just down the road from me and I was able to meet not only the sire and dam but grandsire Bull as well. Jamie was a huge help and a complete wealth of knowledge. When I told her I wanted a puppy she was just as excited as I was. When Nia was born I was pretty low on the picking order so I did not expect to be able to even get one from this litter, but when I went out to see them and play with them this little one picked me. I was never really a believer in that sort of thing but she climbed up in my lap and would fight to stay there. Giving me constant kisses and wanted to be held.
Nia and I have just started our show career and she has proven to LOVE to learn new things. She is very biddable, willing to please and SO serious. She knows when certain collars go on determines what she will be doing that day. At 6 months old I took her out for her first time in Rally and while I was loosing my own mind and freaking out she stuck with me. She earned her RN title and then a month later earned her RA title. I have high hopes that this puppy will be a good foundation bitch for my program.
Keep an eye out for this little red head as she is campaigning for her WTCH in 2021 with breeder Jamie Burns!
